Garden sanctuary

We indulged in their most delicious mango sticky rice and frothy flavorful iced tea drinks. The lush garden has fountains, waterlilies, lots of butterflies and cool stone seats. We could view colorful monks’ robes drying on the adjacent home’s balcony. Great stop for recharging!

An excellent break

Touring the museums can be tiring, so what a great idea to put a coffee shop on the grounds! It was hot the day we were there, but there was plenty of shade outside, and a nice seating area. Their coffee drinks are excellent and I found the service extremely friendly and efficient.

An Oasis of peace in the middle of the City!

This was my every day stop over to relax and have one of the many fruit smoothies, iced coffees, etc... after a long walk around the city. A beautiful garden with water fountains, chilled & relaxed envitonmemt tosit down in the terrace and write postcards. Staff super friendly, prices little bit more than average... but highly worth it!! It's inside the Lanna Folklife Museum in front of the Three Kings Monument square. Being many days here in Chiang Mai this was my best garden cafΓ©!!!! Do stop by!!

Beautiful tea break in a peaceful garden

We stopped to rest at this cafe with pretty grounds and fountains. Both the cappuccino and hot Thai tea with lemon were well presented and tasty. Free Wi-Fi A great place to rest when touring any one of the 3 museums in the complex in town.

Chocolate cake!

We just had the chocolate cake with tea and coffee. The cake was a spur of the moment purchase and was the best we've had in Chiang Mai! It was just excellent. It was a hot day and the Folk Museum exhibit was wonderful and this is located on the same grounds. The photography museum wasn't so great.

Quality meal

We usually shy away from restaurants and cafes that are part of museum complexes but, after visiting the Lana Folklife Museum it was lightly raining so we decided to have a drink while we waited. Browsed the menus offered and were surprised at the low cost of the meals. Two dishes of wide noodles with vegetables, one pork and one chicken, accompanied by iced cappuccino and iced coffee. The coffees were in half litre glasses and delicious. The meals; fantastic, fresh ingredients, tasty, in fact just perfect. Our best meal in Chiang Mai to date; cost THB335 excluding tip. Shame the cafe closes at 4.30pm daily.

Nice place away from rain

It was a good hot latte drinking during hard rain out side surrounded with green tree and plants. They served small kind of hot tasty food.
