About us

Located at the border between Uthai Thani and Nakorn Sawan province, the Country Lake is the best place of stay to explore charming tourist attractions of both provinces or for an overnight rest along the long way from Bangkok to the North with a distance of 210 kilometers from Bangkok and 180 kilometers from the Cultural World Heritage of Sukhothai. Our nature resort is a peaceful place as a part of Namsong community, where local people earn their living from banana plantation, fruit orchards, bamboo cultivation, fishery and farming. The resort is surrounded by a U-shape lake, which was once a part of the Chao Phraya River. It's a hidden oasis with lots of big trees and gardens. Enjoy local living by bike and exploring unique attractions of the nearby Uthai Thani and Nakorn Sawan with us.

GREAT stay

Unfortunnatly we could stay only one night. However in the morning the owner took us on a quick tour around the ground of the proparty. Time was top short. He told us about how all plants were growing with out chemical support, completely biological. He was very enthousiastic about nature on the grounds. And he made terrific pancakes in the morning.

Nice bungalow in nature resort

We had a very nice stay in this resort on our cycling trip through Thailand. At that moment we were the only customers. The owners had a warm welcome for us and the bungalow was cosy and clean. There had been a flood a few weeks ago and the resort and garden were just cleaned. The owner cooked very good and fresh food for us and we had a very nice evening. He and his wife told us a lot about the environment. They were very friendly. We also had a great breakfast with eggs, bacon, toast, home made marmelade and fresh baked pancakes. Great! The owners guided us to the road when we left, because we were afraid of the dogs at the beginning of the road. We highly recommend this resort. It is quiet and the environment is nice for cycling or for a small boat trip.
