We fished her in October 2019 my brother-in-law and myself I can’t speak highly enough about this place mikes a fantastic guy and the facilities and the scenery are just second to none. The first day that we fished there we actually didn’t catch bugger all but we still had a blast and that’s fishing sometimes they bite all day other times they are off the bite no ones fault and really didn’t matter anyway was a great day and Mike offered us a deal to come back that we really couldn’t refuse and appreciated and besides we both wanted to catch more fish so we accepted his hospitality and went back for the second day latter in the week. On this day we caught a few more fish and had a great day I actually caught a fish I hadn’t caught there before Julian Carp plus a few others different species of catfish and my brother in law out fished me again catching alligator gar and an Arapaima. The guides that are supplied work there arses off to get you in the right spot to catch fish all day and are fantastic and the cook will pop around a few times throughout the day to ensure you are fed and well hydrated. My last visit was the fourth time I have fished there and I will be returning to stay on site in one of the newly constructed bungalows and try out the brand new swimming pool. Excellent welcome excellent food and service , beautiful surroundings family happy with pool and fishing is just awesome and even though I’m a beginner felt like a pro .. can’t thank mike the owner and his team enough family voted it best day out on holiday ( good Wifi for teenagers and great photos for Instagram apparently ????)

We had a fantastic stay here. Even for non-fishers this is such a beautiful location and the accommodation is new and very good. Mike has created a wonderful resort. The new bungalows are large and very comfortable. Good aircon and modern touches. Walk in shower with plenty of water and a breathtaking view from your window. Very quiet and no rowdy groups. Restaurant with thai and european food. Breakfast is especially good and the staff lovely and welcoming. Very clean with excellent food hygiene evident. Most people come here for the fishing and we were delighted in 2 large Arapaima plus many other interesting catches. It's worth a stay here for a couple of days rather than a day trip if you have the time. You might have a slow day and then a very busy one. The fishing is done from sheltered huts with a ceiling fan, chairs, sun lounger and food can be delivered here. Very comfortable. Also quiet as the huts are well spaced out around the lake. Special thanks to our guide Leck who was so hard working and knowledgeable. As an aside for anyone fishing the last hour (when it gets dark) can be the busiest so if it's not going well don't pack up early. You might get your most fish of the day then. We stayed here for 2 nights recently- Mike and the team made us very welcome. The location is stunning and the chalets are very comfortable. Both my husband and I fished for 2 days- our guide Leck was excellent and we both caught- my husband was very happy to get two arapaima! Standard of tackle and bait is exceptional. We would recommend and will return!

Clean bright and large. Fabulous views from room or patio . Restaurant is outstanding both Thai and International food choices. Fish park exhibit or better yet the fishing is world famous. On site guides can assist and enjoyable for all ages.
