Amazing french bakery and cheese cafe inside a lifestyle store!
Best french cheese and bakery and little dishes for lunch in an amazing lifestyle store with great service of the lovely manager Pear with a great humour!
Cute cakes - perfect end to an evening
We had Boon Lert, which is a charcoal cream cake and macaroon, and Sai Sai - a coconut cream dessert, and pot of mint tea. Both were delicious, staff were great and I would totally recommend it!
A Very Stunning Patisserie in Bangkok
Well since I've learned and have been working in Pastry for quite sometimes, I am a bit picky for this stuffs. I might not know this place if I didn't read any of the review about it. At first I was kinda pessimistic because sometime the look of the pastry attend to manipulate the flavours. So at the end I decided to go and tried 2 pastries : cake & macaron and both are excellent in my opinion. The presentation of the product as good as the flavour. I ordered the 'orange' pastry which consists of citrus mousse, citrus jelly and orange peel with the crumbles and 2 macarons : salted egg yolks & basil. The macaron is perfect and the flavour also very bold both for salted egg yolks and basil.I will come back to try more products !!!!
Food that puts a smile on your face
Having been here in January I came back just half a year later today. And I can only repeat my review. If one sentence sums it up: This is the kind of food/sweets that put a smile on everyone's face. Try the "lady bug menu" with your girlfriend/wife.
Tres Chic and Magnifique boulagerie/patissiere now also in EM Quartier
Issaya has one of the best Thai/French fusion restaurants in Bangkok, along with a great cook school and have now added a stunning boulagerie/patissiere to their impressive stable. Their outlet on the 4th floor of the M Quartier EM Mall on Sukhumvit is a must visit. The decor is nice with stylish seating and cool earthenware crockery that is "tres chic". The coffee is worthy of any Parisian cafe, however the stars of the show are undoubtadly the delightful patisserie and the outstanding bread selection. The raisin bread in itself would provide a raison d'etre to visit on a daily basis and the range of cakes is simply outstanding. I have added a few pictures of the renowned "ladybird", the delicious strawberry cake, the citron (outstanding) and the star of the show is the orange one. All magnifique. The service is great too with attention to detail noticable throughout. Go there and after that take a trip up the escalator to the sky gardens on the next floor for a great view of Bangkok in a stunning location. All in all well worth a visit
