Julie's Taxi-Tour

We spent 5 days in Bangkok with a friend who has been going there for over 20 years. She has also been using Julie’s taxi for over 20 years. I understand why! Julie is so professional, friendly, helpful and accommodating. She made the trip so easy and comfortable. Would highly recommend using Julie to anyone going to Bangkok.

I have been using Julie Taxi services for over 20 years. Julie and her team provide excellent service and are very dependable. I highly recommend and always rely on them when I am in Bangkok. I’ve use them for airport transport, day tours and local shopping trips.

My business arranged an airport pick up in Bangkok. The driver picked us up 2 gates down from our arriving gate did not offer a trolley, did not offer to assist with our bags, had us walk outside in sweltering heat though the parking lot to his tiny taxi with a trunk filled with his personal items. After walking 20 minutes to who know were, he informed us that he could only fit one of us in his vehicle. The other 2 would need to stay in the parking lot. He called his dispatch. She explained it was a problem with my business. They ordered a taxi for 1 person not 3. I would need to call them to fix it. Really?? I was in a parking lot in Thailand with no phone service. Why didn’t the driver “Sirichal” tell us that when we were still in the airport that he had a tiny taxi?

Sirichal was belligerent and rude. We demonstrated we were all able to fit in his taxi with our luggage. Yet he refused to leave.

Ironically Julie’s Taxi claims they are managed by female entrepreneurs and part of their profit goes in supporting gender equality.

AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!
