Russell and his partner are amazing hosts and cater for guests from the cape panwa area really well, we had some lovely evenings with him and his mum over xmas, Great bar , no food great alchol brands nothing fake etc and so clean . def go and see your self.

Amazing place
I visited this place as a solo traveller and the warm welcome I received from the owner Russell was amazing. Him and his partner Ariasa, put me at ease straight away and the atmosphere is fantastic. I was joined by some friends who were staying in the area and they too enjoyed the bar. Hats off to the sunset bar!

My favorite bar to frequent in Phuket
Russel and Arisa the owners will make you feel right at home. The selection of spirits is easily the broadest and best I’ve seen anywhere on the south tip of Phuket. They are centrally located in Cape Panwa which has a great little street market for night time walking next to the sea. There is no better place to listen to great music and have that late eve nightcap after a spectacular day in Phuket.

An exquisite, clean, cozy place for a drink open till late when other places are closed. The owner, English, is incredibly kind and so is the girl serving at the bar, and they try very hard to make you feel at home. Go there for chilling out, for a good conversation and a very good drink.

Great little bar
Lovely service and quiet little bar to have a drink in the even. Staff are really friendly and the games are a great touch. The staff were very good at remembering your drinks the next day and wasn't pricey.

Great bar and games are a nice touch
As there are many resturants in Cape Panwa there doesnt seem to be many Bars (without food) Sunset bar was such a nice bar to have pre-dinner drinks and they have a good selection of Gin etc. The bars also has a number of games available eg connect 4 which was a nice touch and a ice breaker with other guests.
